The Santikos Mansion is listed as a Heritage building, at the Greek Archaeological Bureaux of New Age Monuments.

There are 2 living rooms; one on the top floor with old original wooden beams and around 20 locally crafted stain glass windows, moderating the sun's intrusion to the room. The second living room is located at the ground floor adjusted with the Mansion's Dining area.
